Obituary: Charles H. Fischer

Charles H. Fischer, 64, born May 9, 1947, passed away April 1, 2012, at his home. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, JoAnne Fischer; their children, Paul and wife Jane Fischer of Osceola Mills, J. Rebecca and her partner Nancy Smith of State College, Jessica M. Rakes and Brian Bauer of Lemont, PA. He is also survived by his brother Gary T. and wife Kathy Fischer of Farmingdale. Grandfather of five, Alisha, Carter, Sara, Clayton and Trevor. A visitation was held April 4 at Koch Funeral Home, State College, followed by a memorial service at the funeral home with the Rev. Ronald Kilgus of the Wesleyan Church of Bellefonte officiating.
