John P. Bellamente of Lattingtown, died peacefully at home on Oct. 17, 2012, at age 94. Beloved husband of the late Mary. Also survived by loving nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. He was an active and dedicated parishioner of St. Gertrude RC Church for many years, and a longtime member of Christian Life Community. He was also a devoted WWII veteran.
Visiting was at the Oyster Bay Funeral Home on Thursday, Oct. 25. Funeral Mass St. Gertrude RC Church, Bayville, on Friday, Oct. 26. Interment at Locust Valley Cemetery.
