Q: I’ve been hearing a lot of rumors about stores opening on Main Street. Can you give us specifics?
A: Recently opened are Shasa Yoga Studio, La Bottega (Italian Gourmet), The Spring Roll (Vietnamese dinning) Cascarino’s (expansion), Uva Wine and Liquors. Granted village approval, but not ready to open are: Blue Hawaiian (Chinese/Polynesian), and La Dolche (coffee and fresh baked goods). Stores set for Public Hearings on permits are The Dark Horse Tavern (German style with a beer garden), Charlotte’s Ice Cream, and a Medical Spa (on Route 109).
