Lisa, owner of Dunrite Cleaners on Bayview Avenue, received a visit from one of Santa’s elves. The elf told Lisa that Santa wanted to have his suit cleaned for the 19th Annual Holiday Show for Manhasset’s Kids. Lisa was happy to donate her services and promised to have the suit ready for Santa’s elf to pick up later that day.

The Christmas vacation has unofficially started for the children, and what better way to enjoy the season than Children’s Holiday Show sponsored by Bayview Civic Association, Bow Tie Cinemas and Nancy Morris State Farm Agency? This is the 19th annual Manhasset Children’s Holiday Show hosted by the group.

The doors open at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday Dec. 21. The Manhasset Bow Tie Cinema is located at 430 Plandome Road. The featured film is Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2.
Children will enjoy a visit from Santa and families will have the opportunity to take photos. Each child ticket holder will get a free raffle for a chance to win toys. There will also be free candy canes and give-aways for all children. Each ticket holder is asked to bring to the theater canned food, which will be donated to Island Harvest—feeding Long Island’s most needy.

This event is open to all Manhasset children—parents too! Tickets go on sale Dec. 2 for $4 each from the Nancy Morris State Farm Agency at 22 Bayview Ave.
