Mathlete Students Participate In Tournament

The Plainview-Old Bethpage Central School District’s John F. Kennedy High School Mathlete Team recently participated in the Nassau County Math Tournament that was held at the State University of New York at Old Westbury. The students answered a series of mathematic questions as individuals and in a team format. The mathletes were given 45 problems to solve in three series of events. JFK senior Mustafa Ansari placed in the top 10 of the tournament.
