Minnie D. Higgins died on Feb. 12, 2014, age 83, of Bayville. Beloved wife of the late George. Loving mother of George (Carol) and Steven (Diane). Cherished grandmother of Stephanie, Kristin, Keith, Erica, and Matthew. Also survived by loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
