Our Lady of Mercy Academy in Syosset hosted its first Mercy Cupcake Wars last week, where 17 students demonstrated their baking skills with amazing cupcake creations, while faculty and staff judged the entries.
Seven semi-finalists were chosen to move forward to the next round.
