Park District Retirement

At the Great Neck Park District’s board meeeting on Thursday, March 13, Dockmaster /Steppingstone Marina Supervisor Richard Wolert was honored after 37 years of dedicated service to the Park District.

Commissioners Ruth Tamarin, Dan Nachmanoff and Bob Lincoln, as well as Park Superintendent Peter M. Renick, each spoke about Richard’s devotion to his work and how he made the daily operation of the Marina seem effortless. Richard will be missed in the Park District.
