Consultant Hired For PSEG Project

The Town Board unanimously approved the hiring of Cable Consultants, Inc. for the purpose of evaluating proposals provided by PSEG Long Island regarding burying transmission wires as part of the their Electric Reliability Improvements Project.

“I believe that the Town board and the residents of North Hempstead will benefit greatly from the expert advice of a professional consultant on this complex issue,” Supervisor Bosworth said. “I thank Councilwoman Dina De Giorgio for her suggestion.”
