Three men were arrested for an assault after an argument broke out during a drug deal in Woodbury on April 13.
Police say at 3:50 p.m. a 22-year-old male victim arranged to meet 18-year-old Benjamin S. Molina of Woodbury, 17-year-old Alexander Kolosakas of Syosset and 18-year-old Amir Mohamed of Dix Hills on Verna Way in Woodbury to buy marijuana.
An argument escalated and the three men began punching and kicking the victim in the head and body, according to police. The victim was also struck in the face with a rock.
Kolosakas was arrested at his residence on April 16. Molina surrendered to detectives on April 17 and Mohamed surrendered to detectives on April 24.
Molina, Kolosakas, and Mohamed are charged with second-degree assault.
