Sewanhaka District students in the cosmetology department took part in a fundraiser for their Relay for Life teams. For four hours, the students took customers in for haircuts, blow dry styling, highlights, hair color retouching, manicures, scalp treatments and more. Students, staff and community members were invited to take part in this special event.
The students in the program had a great opportunity to show off the skill and expertise taught to them in the cosmetology program. The event raised more than $500 for the two relay teams.
