Anthony Cumia, “Opie & Anthony” shock jock will relaunch his “Live From The Compound” radio show from a studio in his Roslyn Heights home.
Cumia, who confirmed his launching of the Internet-based show to the NY Daily News this week, was fired by SiriusXM after posting racist Twitter updates earlier this month.
“I haven’t figured any of (the cost) out yet, I’m still talking with a lot of people about what platform to use and what the cost will be,” Cumia told the Daily News. “I can guarantee it’ll be less than Sirius XM.”
Greg “Opie” Hughes will remain on the Opie and Anthony Show on SiriusXM.
“Had a long talk with @SiriusXM me and @Jim Norton will be back on the radio next monday to start to figure this out,” Hughes posted to Twitter.
