Obituary: Ross, James

James F. Ross, 83, of Melville, passed away Aug. 24, 2014. Beloved husband of Theresa (nee Henning). Devoted father of Kathleen Kleinman (Lawrence), Kevin, Carol Cross (Marc Fogel), Marianne McCarthy, Brian (Fran), Jamie Wahab (Khali), and the late Christopher. Proud grandfather of seven grandaughters and one great grandaughter. Devoted brother of Eileen Ellicott, the late John (Mary). A Funeral Mass was held Sunday, Aug. 24, with funeral Mass being held Friday, Aug. 29, at St. Kilian RC Church, followed by burial in St. Charles Cemetery. Arrangements were entrusted to the Arthur F. White Funeral Home.
