Congratulations to Westbury residents Heidi Roussis and Rochelle Holden, each of whom won an award in the third annual UJA-Federation of New York Summer’s Not Done Aqua Run, consisting of an 800 meter swim and 3 mile run, held at TOBAY Beach.
Roussis completed the swim leg in 18 minutes, 35 seconds, and the run leg in 26 minutes, 12 seconds, for a total time of 38 minutes, 53 seconds that earned her first place honors among the women in the 40-44 age group. Holden did the swim in 26 minutes, 51 seconds, and followed up by doing 37 minutes, 19 seconds in the run leg, for a total time of 1 hour, 4 minutes, 10 seconds that was good for second place in the women’s 60-64 age group.
