MWCABC 5K Walk/Run

The Manhasset Women’s Coalition Against Breast Cancer’s is hosting the 16th Annual 5K Family Walk/Run. The event will take place on Sunday, Oct. 26 rain or shine at Mary Jane Davies Park on Plandome Road. Registration day of the race is from 8-9:15am and the race starts at 9:30 a.m. sharp.
To register online go to www. start2finish.com and click on the  “register online now” button and select the Manhasset Women’s Coalition Against Breast Cancer Race. Online registration is available until Oct. 22.
To pre-register, download a registration form from the MWCABC website: www.manhassetbreastcancer.org.
Mail-in or online registrations received by Friday Oct. 17 will receive a t-shirt. Registrations received by Oct. 17 (mail-in) and Oct. 22 (online) are $25 for adults $15 for kids 13 and under. Day of race registration fees are $35 for adults and $25 for kids 13 and under. The awards will be given out 20 minutes after the last participant finishes the race.
All are welcome including adults, children, strollers and the physically challenged, but no bikes, scooters or roller blades are allowed.
Underwriting opportunities are available. Platinum ($500-$999) and pink ($1000 +) level donor names will appear on the t-shirt.
