Nassau County Police arrested two Forest Hills men in connection with a stolen car in Albertson at 1:40 a.m. today. According to detectives, Third Precinct officers responded to a 911 call for suspicious activity on Evans Avenue. Officers found an unoccupied vehicle which was previously reported stolen.
Police said they obtained descriptions of the subjects that exited the vehicle and located Zhora Musheyev, 38, and Malkiel Yusupov, in the area. Both subjects were placed under arrest without incident.
Yusupov was charged with fourth degree criminal possession of stolen property and possession of burglars tools. Musheyev was charged with third degree unauthorized use of vehicle and possession of burglars tools. Both defendants will be arraigned on Sunday, Nov. 30 at First District Court in Hempstead.
