Elsa Ortiz of Farmingdale, passed away on Nov. 26. Retired owner of House of Franks Beauty Salon in Farmingdale. Beloved wife of the late Francisco Ortiz. Loving mother of Gladys Cintron (Angel), Elsa Cintron (Pedro),  Marisol Meisner (Thomas), Frank, and the late Linda Ortiz. Cherished Grandmother of ten and Great Grandmother of seven. A Visitation was held on Sunday Nov. 30  & Monday Dec 1. A  Funeral Mass was celebrated  at St. Kilian RC Church, on Tuesday Dec. 2.
