Roslyn resident Adam Guttell has joined Martin Clearwater & Bell’s (MCB) employment and labor practice group as a partner. Guttell joins the firm from Jackson Lewis, PC.
He has experience in representing clients across various industries in federal and state court proceedings, as well as private mediations, arbitration, and administrative hearings. Guttell counsels clients on compliance with various state and federal laws affecting the workplace.
He is a frequent speaker before business, legal and human resource professionals, lecturing on topics including restrictive covenants and employment agreements, state and federal anti-discrimination laws, state and federal wage and hour laws, and recent developments in employment law.
