The Art Guild invites all artists to submit artworks for consideration for “Home On The Range, Landscapes We Love,” a Juried Competition and Exhibition. Submission deadline is midnight, March 6.
This exhibit will celebrate the landscapes, seascapes, and cityscapes that make our hearts sing—from backyards and gardens to majestic mountain vistas.
All styles from abstract to realism are welcome. Mediums may include but are not limited to acrylic, oil, watercolor, pastel, drawing, mixed media, collage, etching, prints or sculpture with pedestal.
(No photography, copies or reproductions.)
The juror for the show will be Jane McGraw-Teubner. She has achieved the honored rank of Master Pastel Artist, awarded by the Pastel Society of America. She is also on the Board of Directors for the Catherine Lorillard Wolfe Art Club and a Resident Artist in the Salmagundi Art Club in Manhattan. She studied with pastel artists Jeff Webb, Frank Federico, Albert Handell, Anita Louise West, Larry Blovits, Richard McKinley and at the Art Students League with Richard Pionk. She exhibits in galleries in New York City and the metropolitan area and teaches at the Teaching Studios of Art in Oyster Bay.
All artists, 18 years and older (high school students ages 14-18 years may enter in the student category), are invited to submit up to three artworks for consideration.
To submit artwork you must complete a registration form, or to register on line, please visit The Art Guild’s website at www.theartguild.org.
