Noodles & Company will open in Garden City Park, continuing its expansion on Long Island with the additional locations scheduled to open in 2015. The fast-casual restaurant brand will open stores throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties, including Farmingdale, Hicksville and Patchogue.
Owned and operated by Doherty Enterprises, operators of more than 140 restaurants in northern and central New Jersey, Long Island, Queens, Brooklyn, Staten Island, Florida and Georgia, the new restaurants will bring 160 new jobs to Long Island.
Noodles & Company brings its globally inspired menu featuring the noodles and pasta dishes.
Favorites include the sweet and spicy Japanese pan noodles, savory flatbreads, creamy penne rosa, zesty pesto cavatappi and rich Wisconsin mac and cheese. To complement each dish, Noodles & Company also serves wines from around the world and beers from down the block.

Noodles & Company will hire approximately 40 local team members to staff each new location. The restaurant will also offer entry level management positions requiring two years of management/leadership experience.
