Frank Rahilly, 69, of Bluffton, SC and formerly of Oyster Bay, died Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at Memorial Hospital in Savannah, GA. Mr. Rahilly was born on Oct. 9, 1945 in New York, NY, the son of Francis X. Rahilly and Mary A. Hayes Rahilly. Frank was a veteran of the United States Army. He worked for many years with St. Paul Insurance Company, retiring as a claims manager. While living in Oyster Bay, he was a volunteer fireman for 14 years. Locally, he was a member of the Sun City Veterans, the Hilton Head Corvette Club, and the Ancient Order of Hibernians. Mr. Rahilly is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Pat Rahilly; brother, Thomas Rahilly (Sandra) of Oyster Bay; sister, June Congero (Joseph) of Fort Myers, FL; and a host of nieces, nephews, grand- nieces, and grand-nephews. A funeral Mass was held March 27, 2015 at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Whyte Hardee Blvd., Hardeeville, SC 29927. Burial at Beaufort National Cemetery, Beaufort, SC with military honors.
