Cooking Demo In Jericho

The Jericho library hosts Table Top Adventures with Lucy Van Horn, who returns with a French cooking demonstration today at 11:30 a.m.

Attendees will learn to prepare pork with apples and cream, leek quiche and crepes with savory and sweet fillings. The cost is $3 per person. Registration is required.
