Anne Ruth White died peacefully on May 11,2015. She was the beloved mother of Kenneth and Debra and the late Michael. Treasured mother-in-law to Rhonda and George. Absolutely cherished grandma to Wendy, Bradley, Daniel and Adam, and GiGi to her precious great-grandchildren Zoey, Eva, Miles and Mia.
Annie lived in and loved Great Neck for the past 63 years, living on Bellingham Lane and then Hillpark Avenue.
Annie was an opera lover. She studied voice as a young girl and dreamed of being an opera singer. She performed in many plays with the other Great Neck thespians around town. She was a fabulous cook and a whiz at Jeopardy.
To her family she was everything. She was the “Most Beautiful Redhead Great Neck” and will be dearly missed and remembered by her adoring family.
