Representatives of Kimco say owners of the inn will maintain daily operations and as of now there are no plans to alter the space. Kimco Realty is the largest owner of suburban shopping centers in North America, and owns Jericho Commons, a shopping center adjacent to the Milleridge Inn property.
Built in 1672, Milleridge Inn served as a private residence and as an inn for travelers in the late 1700s, according to its website. Currently, the inn maintains a restaurant as well as small retail shops, including a popular Christmas supply store.
