It seems to me the cost of keeping the prices of products down is to go global. But the national and human cost is ignored. Consider the outsourcing of jobs; consider violation of labor and environmental laws and toxic chemicals that become part of what we will be importing. This is what Obama and the Congress seem to want. The Fast Track of the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP)—if the House passes it like the Senate did— will guarantee the rights of corporations and that products and services of good quality become a thing of the past. The only profits will be that multi-national corporations will laugh as they collect billions of dollars as they sue those that oppose, and all accountability to the American people is lost. Call your representative immediately to say no to Fast Track of the TPP.
