On Monday, June 8, at approximately 12:58 p.m., Nassau County Third Squad detectives reported a criminal trespassing that occurred at Our Lady of Victory (OLV) School, during school hours, and coincidentally, during an active fire drill.
Police have reported the arrest of Frank Fellini, 29, of Brentwood, in connection with the incident. Floral Park police officers located and arrested Fellini on Monday, June 15, on Tulip Avenue and Laurel Street in Floral Park.
According to detectives, Fellini (pictured) entered OLV school at 2 Bellmore St., through the front door. Faculty members saw Fellini walk down the stairs and into a men’s bathroom. They attempted to stop him but he left the school and fled the area.
Fellini is being charged with criminal trespass 3rd degree and was released on a desk appearance ticket returnable on Tuesday, June 30, in First District Court, in Hempstead.
