Maria Dello’s dream has always been to educate people on nutrition and help them reach their health goals. Owner of Dellonutritionals in Manhasset, Dello was honored by North Hempstead Town Supervisor Judi Bosworth and Councilwoman Anna Kaplan on Thursday, July 16. The elected officials praised her staff for their efforts in bringing awareness of diabetes and heart disease. For over 12 years, Dellonutritionals has helped spread the word of good health throughout the community; Dello herself is often a contributor to the Manhasset Press as a nutrition columnist. She has also appeared on television and on the radio.
“I am truly blessed that I am living my passion and making a difference each and every day,” said Dello. Dellonutritionals is distributing “NO SUGAR” bracelets to aid in its awareness effort. Bosworth and Kaplan presented a proclamation on behalf of the town in recognition of Dellonutritionals’ wonderful work in keeping the community happy and healthy.
Dellonutritionals is located at 75 Plandome Road. Its goal is to combine the best of nutrition and the latest in cutting-edge technologies along with needed support and guidance to achieve optimal health. Several members of the community came out to support Dello at this event.
