Could you also comment on the fact that bicycle riding on the sidewalk is illegal for persons over the age of 9? (I believe this is still a NYS law.) This is an increasing problem in Manhasset, where I have almost been hurt twice in recent weeks and the riders were adults far over the age of 9.
