On Friday, Oct. 23, from 6:30 to 9 p.m., St. Francis Hospital will host its annual Women’s Health Seminar.
Madhavi Kadiyala, M.D., will give a talk entitled “Heart Disease In Women: Are Women’s Hearts Different?” Marie Chen, M.D. will give her own talk, “New Frontiers in Breast Cancer from Diagnosis to Genetic Testing to Treatment.” Finally, Ron Israeli, M.D., will lecture on “Post-Mastectomy Breast Reconstruction: Restoring Wholeness.”
Registration and light refreshments begin at 6:30 p.m. The program begins at 7 p.m. Admission is free, but seating is limited. Call 516-629-2022 to reserve your spot.
