James Nadel, age 50, of Port Washington, a first responder of 9/11, died on March 7, 2016.
He is survived by his wife, Danielle, his children Evan (Monica), Caroline and Emma, his parents Ruth and Stanley, and his siblings Glenn, and Ruth Smith (Steven). James was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local #3. Funeral arrangements were handled by Austin F. Knowles, Inc. Funeral Home. A religious
service was held Friday, March 11, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. at the Congregational Church of Manhasset. The interment followed at Nassau Knolls Cemetery.
