Poem In Your Pocket

The Rushmore Avenue School library recently celebrated Poem in Your Pocket Day. Staff and students spent the day sharing their poems with each other, either in the hallways or in the classrooms. Each library class that day also had a special poetry slam, where students presented their original works or poems that inspired them.
