3-D Learning

Sixth-grade students in Jean DiDomenico’s and Julie DePace’s classes at Rushmore Avenue School recently completed lessons on ratios and proportions. To reinforce their new knowledge students were asked to complete 3-D projects that represented their ideal classroom. Students had to first draw a blueprint to scale, and then build the classroom utilizing basic supplies like colored paper, cardboard and stickers.
