Garden City’s Russell W. McManus, a SUNY Canton Finance major, received Part Time Honors for the spring 2016 semester. McManus is a 2008 graduate of Oceanside High School. To receive Part Time Honors, students must earn at least a 3.25 GPA in 6 to 11 credits of course work.
