A 37-year-old man was shot and killed in his hometown of Roosevelt on Wednesday afternoon, Nassau County police said.
Officers responded to a 911 call reporting the shooting. Upon arrival, they found Royston Hall on Wagner Avenue at 3:45 p.m. suffering from a gunshot wound, police said.
The victim was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
