High School FBLA Captures Top Awards

Earlier this year, Garden City High School business students captured many of the top prizes at the 2016 Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) District Competition held at LIU/C. W. Post. “The students again did a wonderful job at this competition,” explained FBLA advisor and business teacher Dr. Erin McKinstry. “There were more than 300 high school students competing from Jericho, John F. Kennedy, Mepham, H. Frank Carey, New Hyde Park, Elmont, Sewanhaka, Floral Park, Half Hollow Hills, Ward Melville, Miller Place, Commack, Brentwood, Mt. Sinai, William Floyd, Valley Stream, and Longwood.”
