Manhasset’s 4x800m Relay of Chris Courts, Aidan Caggiano, Jack Cyprus and Ryan Watson recently shattered the school record when they ran 8:00.14 to qualify for the New Balance Indoor National Track & Field Championships. The quartet also qualified for Nationals in the 4xMile relay earlier in the season, running a cumulative time of 17:45.
