Manhasset’s North Riding Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) has announced William Case as the third place winner of the New York State DAR Flag Essay contest. Case is a sixth-grade student in Donna Serpico’s class at St. Peter’s Alcantara in Port Washington.
