The Great Neck North JV boys volleyball team played Garden City on Wednesday, Oct 24. Earlier in the season, the North Blazers beat Garden City with a dominant performance and a score of 3-0. The Blazers came into this game with a lot of confidence and the thought of obtaining an easy win in the last game of the season. North played great once again and finished the season with a win—and a record of 10-4.
The Great Neck Varsity football team had its last game this season on Thursday night against Carle Place. Although the season wasn’t what Great Neck hoped for, the team always fought hard and played with heart during each game. The Great Neck North Blazers cheerleaders were present at every game, cheering and supporting their fellow schoolmates.
This year’s fall sports season has come to a close at Great Neck North, and winter sports will begin within the next few weeks.
