Marley
Marley

Marley is an incredibly handsome young dude who really likes people. Marley wasn’t getting the attention he deserved at his old place, so he’s hoping to find the right family on his second try. Just look into his beautiful eyes and allow him to capture your heart. Marley’s main goals are snuggling and watching TV with his humans. He is interviewing for his new family now! If you would like to meet Marley, please text Alicia at 516-984-4525.

Available for adoption at the Town of Smithtown Animal Shelter

Jiffy Pop
Jiffy Pop

Jiffy Pop is a 10-month-old kitty who previously lived in a cat hoarding situation. She grew up in a home surrounded by many other cats and with very little human interaction. As a result of this, she takes her time to trust new people and can initially act shy with strangers. Fortunately, she is learning to come out of her shell and let her playful and affectionate side show. Jiffy Pop’s ideal home would be a quiet place with outgoing cats that can help her socialize and become more open with others. She would also prefer a home without dogs or children. If you are interested in meeting Jiffy Pop, please call 631-360-7575 for more information today!

Available for adoption at Last Hope Animal Rescue

Ollie
Ollie

**Senior Alert** When you spend the entire 10 years of your life living outdoors as Ollie has, you probably never expect to see a lovely painting of yourself, but Ollie was surprised by his stunning likeness on canvas done by a talented 9th grader at Wantagh High School! Ollie was rescued recently in Nassau County when his caretaker went into a nursing home. He is a sweet boy who’s had a tough life. Last week he had a dental procedure, and most of his teeth were extracted. The beautiful portrait helped cheer Ollie up and finding a home with someone who treasures senior cats will cheer Ollie up even more. To meet Ollie by appointment at Last Hope in Wantagh, please complete and submit a cat adoption application found on the Last Hope website homepage at lasthopeanimalrescue.org.

Available for adoption at North Shore Animal League America

Costello
Costello

**Senior Alert** Eight-year-old Costello (Adoption #H204188) fell upon some hard times when he fell ill recently. NSALA vets took great care of him and put together a simple plan to restore him to good health despite being diagnosed with FLUTD. Losing the only home he’s ever known was a fresh obstacle for him to hurdle, but this endearing gentleman takes comfort in making new friends and getting all the scratches he craves. His soft fur is just beckoning you to pet him! Costello is quietly waiting for an introduction to his next hero; could that be you?

Honest
Honest

A local rescue hero strikes again! Three-year-old Honest (Adoption #L80566) was discovered fending for himself outside and was ushered to Bianca’s Furry Friends Feline Adoption Center for safety. Honest needed a little peace and quiet to help him adjust to all the changes he’d gone through. Once given a place to observe other feline friends enjoying their human caretakers, this handsome domestic long-haired tuxedo rebounded quickly and became a valued member of the clowder in a very short time! Honest has impeccable manners relating with his cat friends but would enjoy a calmer household (with children 12 years old and older) to help settle into his home nicely. His pigeon purrs are sure to attract the very lucky human he intends to make his. You will honestly not find a better friend to introduce to your lonely cat at home than Honest!

Grace Slick
Grace Slick

Grace Slick (Adoption #WV0698) needs somebody to love! Now that NSALA vets have created a great plan to monitor her heart condition, this gorgeous 2-year-old southern rescue is leaping into the arms of visitors, trying to purrsuade them that she’s meant to be theirs furever. Just in case you’re still unsure, she’ll be rub, rub, rubbing her way into your heart. Really, you have no choice but to carry Grace off because you want somebody to love too!

Batman
Batman

Batman (Adoption #H208970) is seeking a superhero to rescue HIM. This sweet 4-year-old tabby recently lost his home and would love to find a peaceful one to replace it. He’s not terribly interested in caped-crusades, preferring cozy nap time near trusted friends. Batman is successfully being treated for FLUTD, a covered medical condition through NSALA’s Pet Health Centers. A quiet, predictable routine will soothe his worried brow and you’ll get to share the legend of how you rescued each other when you needed it most.

Beaux

It’s the tender moments that mean the most to Beaux (Adoption #LA0332), a hesitant 1-year-old orange tabby who came from Louisiana with a lot of trepidation about another major life change ahead of him. NSALA happily offered him a quiet place. Just a brief respite in a spa-like setting put him on the path towards healing, and now he’s thanking his new friends for the opportunity. A family with older children will provide him the consistency he craves which will lead to a lot more happy chin rubbing sessions!

Maggie and Lizza
Maggie and Lizza

**Double Adoption** Maggie (Adoption #H210433) and Lizza (Adoption #H210434) were discovered wandering around Far Rockaway when their rescuer offered them a safer life off the streets. Although it’s taken some purrsuading, these devoted 2-year-old sisters are beginning to see that life inside Bianca’s Furry Friends Feline Adoption Center is indeed preferable to fending for themselves outside. Give them a chance to get to know you and they will tenderly accept your friendship with a slow blink of the eye. They just can’t resist a good cheek rub! After a difficult start, Maggie and Lizza would benefit from an experienced home with older children who will help them settle into a whole new lifestyle—being part of their first family!

Jerry Klein
Jerry Klein

**Senior Alert** Twelve-year-old Jerry Klein (Adoption #H210439) enjoyed his entire life with a devoted human and a house full of feline companionship. But when his beloved human passed away recently, he found himself needing our help. We’ve moved Jerry and his friends into a sunny room in Bianca’s Furry Friends Feline Adoption Center and have provided them all the comforts he feared losing when he lost his home. The bravest of his family, Jerry is the first to open up his heart to the possibilities that great days are ahead for him as a cherished part of a new family. If you would like to brighten Jerry’s days with the tenderness he requires, we’d love to place him with a quiet, understanding family willing to nurture his doubts and replace them with hope.
