Nino and Novo

**Double Adoption** Nino is as sweet as he is handsome! Once he is comfortable with you, he loves cuddles and being petted. Not only is he good with humans but he’s great with cats, dogs, and children. Nino enjoys playing with his brother Novo and will imitate everything his brother does. It would be wonderful for these boys to find a forever home together.

Available for adoption from the Town of Smithtown Animal Shelter

Yodel
Yodel

Yodel is a 7-year-old Domestic Shorthair who was trapped and brought to the animal shelter as part of the Trap-Neuter-Release (TNR) program. He earned his name because of the way he “sings” and almost “talks” to people. Sometimes, it even sounds like he says “I love you” when you open a can of food for him! Yodel is a sweet and gentle guy who loves to be petted and loves to get some snuggles. Don’t be fooled by Yodel’s grumpy face, he’s as happy and friendly as can be.

If you are interested in meeting Yodel, please call 631-360-7575 or complete an online application today. Currently, there are a variety of male and female cats and kittens available to adopt or foster. If you are looking for a fun loving, yarn tossing ball of love, stop by the Kitten Nursery or the Cat Condos at the Smithtown Animal Shelter and find a PURR-fect soulmate or two!

Available for adoption at North Shore Animal League America

Elsie and Evan
Elsie and Evan

**Double Adoption** 10-month-old local rescues Elsie (Adoption #BF4151) and Evan (Adoption # BF4152) complete each other. They are a purrfect match for each other, and you’ll find two is indeed better than one when it comes to this sibling duo. Formerly shy, Elsie is now taking the lead in play groups while her brother is never far behind her. An experienced family with kids over 8 years old will have no trouble winning them over with playtime and treats, and after given time to settle into their first real home, they’ll soon be excited to learn all about family life from their favorite expert: you!

Chanel and Dior
Chanel and Dior

**Double Adoption** Shy Chanel (Adoption #H211594) and Dior (Adoption #H211595) are what’s trending in fashion for kittens this season. While they may need a little time and patience before enjoying the catwalk, the payoff is petting their velvety soft fur! An experienced household, with kids over age 12 who can contribute to the predictability of their new setting, will lead to a fashionable future for the whole family. Invite them to your treat and play party and let the games begin; neither of them can resist the allure of feathers!

Eggy
Eggy

Two-year-old Eggy (Adoption #CO0014) was down on his luck when his rescuer discovered him, but the promise of safety soon led to the comfort of indoor living. While this big boy needs some consoling as he acclimates to his new situation, he’s stealing the hearts of everyone he encounters. If you’ve had cats before, you know the reward that trust brings to a sensitive soul. A quiet home with children (over age ten) will lead Eggy on a new path towards the tranquility he’s been needing for a long time. A cat in your home seeking a feline friend would be a wonderful bonus for his new life!

Tilly and Tammy
Tilly and Tammy

**Double Adoption** Shy 9-month-old sisters Tilly (Adoption #H212144) and Tammy (Adoption #H212145) were offered the opportunity of a lifetime when their local rescuer delivered them into our care. While the sudden changes to their lives leave them slightly skeptical, these beauties have each other for support through the transition, and would be wonderful in a quiet home with someone committed to building up their confidence. Children over twelve will have the patience to discover how treats and playtime build up that confidence, and before you know it, you’ll have two sweet sisters thanking you for completing their rescue story.

Mixie and Mush Mush
Mixie and Mush Mush

**Double Adoption** We recently welcomed 5-month-old local catches Mixie (Adoption #CO0022)  and Mush Mush Adoption #CO0023 to Bianca’s Furry Friends Feline Adoption Center. Although they are bonded siblings, their response to this new safe setting couldn’t be more different. While Mixie is up front and center in every playgroup with cats and humans alike, Mush Mush is spectating from the sidelines in a comfy bed, but always welcomes a greeting from a nearby friend. A family (with children aged eight and older) will be just what Mush Mush needs to acclimate to his new lifestyle with you. Their different personalities balance them out, making them a super match for each other—and you! Why not adopt the best of both worlds today?

Magic
Magic

When her world was turned upside down, 8-year-old Magic (Adoption #CO0030) needed help to reclaim her powers. This lovely lady received lots of loving care from Animal League America vets to restore her to good health and has been happily receiving ear rubs from the comfort of her bed. Reassurances that better days are coming has put Magic at ease. If you have a quiet home to share with someone lovely, you could be the special spark Magic has been waiting to find.

Lucy Liu
Lucy Liu

Three-year-old Lucy Liu (Adoption #NCI3370) was the queen of the nursery while she was raising her kittens at our sister shelter in Glen Falls. Now she’s ready to jumpstart her life as an unencumbered lady of leisure, ready to be someone’s someone special. Life as a momma cat was hard work for her so we’ve promised her the rest of her life would be calm and worry free as the only pet in her home. Children over the age of eight are going to enjoy spoiling her with as much playtime and attention as she wants. Don’t forget to give her plenty of time to luxuriate though, so she is always reminded her hardest days are long behind her.

Will and Muna
Will and Muna

**Double Adoption** One-year-olds Will (Adoption #H212198) and Muna (Adoption #H212199) started out life surviving outdoors until their rescuer could bring them in for safety. They’ve enjoyed the first year of their life together in a safe, loving home, but now find themselves in need of a fresh start. They’ll be depending on each other to navigate such a big change, but we predict a quiet home with expert hands and children over age eight) will soothe their concerns and warm them up to a wonderful new beginning with the humans who were always meant to be theirs.

For more about all of these wonderful kitties, reach out to DoritS@animalleague.org or you can visit Bianca’s Furry Friends Feline Adoption Center (open daily, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.) and meet any of these cuties in person.

As always, thanks for reading and please remember to always adopt, never shop…pass it on!
