Mike LiPetri is an attorney and former state assembly member who is the current Republican nominee for Congress in NY-03.
A lifelong resident of this district, Mike is committed to securing our border, deporting those here illegally, ending the pro-crime agenda, lowering inflation, and standing up for parental and women’s rights.
Top Issues
My campaign is about the A.B.C.’s – affordability, border security, and crime.
I want to make it where young people are able to stay on Long Island and seniors can afford to live in the homes they have worked so hard to build for decades. We do that by creating new incentives for working moms and families, expanding child care tax programs, lifting the SALT Tax Cap, and making it easier for businesses to thrive here.
We need to secure our border, deport criminals here illegally, and established a LEGAL merit-based immigrant system.
We must 100% Back The Blue and reject radical far-left pro-crime policies like bail reform. It’s common sense. I want cop killers to get the death penalty. I want drug dealers who peddle poison like fentanyl that results in a deadly overdose to be charged with murder.
I will fight to protect parental rights and when it comes to abortion and women’s rights – I trust women! I oppose a national abortion ban and would vote to codify Roe V. Wade into federal law.

The 3rd Congressional District ranges from parts of northeast Queens across the North Shore, Mineola, Westbury and parts of Floral Park to the south, Farmingdale and Hicksville to the east in Nassau County and Lloyd Harbor and Huntington Bay in Suffolk County
