Temple Beth-El of Great Neck will host the annual Great Neck Rabbinic Dialogue on Sunday, March 23, with brunch at 10 a.m. followed by the program from 10:30-11:30 a.m.

All are welcome to join Rabbi A. Brian Stoller of Temple Beth-El, Rabbi Howard Stecker of Temple Israel and Rabbi Dale Polakoff of Great Neck Synagogue for this community event.

Cosponsored by the Temple Israel Men’s Club, the Great Neck Synagogue Men’s Club and the Temple Beth-El Brotherhood, this year’s theme is “Tikkun Olam and Halakhah: Our Jewish Obligations to Ourselves, Our Community and Our World.”

During a time of fracturedness, Polakoff, Stecker and Stoller will address how tikkun olam (repairing the world) and halacha (Jewish law) help individuals find meaning, wholeness and peace.

The rabbis will discuss these central pillars of Judaism from their distinct religious perspectives as Orthodox, Conservative and Reform spiritual leaders, to guide participants toward a deeper sense of Jewish meaning and purpose in an age of polarization.

Sponsored by Temple Beth-El Brotherhood, the brunch is complimentary, but registration is required at tinyurl.com/TBEMarch23.
