A Florida woman was sentenced Wednesday to 2-to-6 years in prison for driving drunk and high on drugs when she struck and killed a 22-year-old bicyclist in Carle Place in 2015.

Westbury Music Fair will be the second local music venue to be inducted. And accepting the Harry Chapin Music Award is rocker, producer and actor Steven Van Zandt—a New Jersey resident who’s the lone non-Long Islander being inducted.
The suspect was charged with drugged driving, unlawful imprisonment and other counts.
