Kayak and SUP Rentals are now available on the weekends at the WaterFront Center of OB! “Prospective floaters can heighten their wavesperience by taking a paddle sitting or standing around West Harbor. Take a spin out on one of our new SUPs (Standup Paddleboards), they are like a long board, but with a paddle, and you stand – cool!,” said Dave Waldo, WFC executive director. There are also double or single kayaks to rent.
The WFC is open on the weekend from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, remember Kayaks and SUPs are first come first serve so call 922-SAIL.
Benefit Party June 4, Bay Day June 5
The WFC annual benefit party is on Saturday, June 4. Join them for food, music, auctions, raffles, drinks, and good times with friends.
Sunday June 5, come down to the waterfront as the WFC presents Bay Day from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. For information and to sign up for the Anything that Floats race see them on the Internet or call 624-SAIL.
