Sports Recap: Notes From Coaches

Bowling

Paul Shin almost has a 300 game. Shin had a 195 average and recently bowled a 289. This means that he had strikes in frames 1-9, striked in frame 10, got a 9, then spared.
Despite losing 3 of 4 Varsity bowlers, the boys Varsity Bowling Team is currently ranked 2nd in the conference, behind Garden City.

Varsity Cheerleading

• The cheer team has finished their first non-competitive competition. They had a very positive experience.
• The team enjoys cheer for the basketball team this season.
• Hofstra cheer team, which has won numerous national titles, has been assisting us in stunt clinics to foster safety and learn new skills.
• The team is looking forward to future competitions.
