Wrestlers Ready To Tackle Season

The wrestling season for the Baymen is well underway. With a small team this year, the Baymen have already seen success this season. Senior Cassidy Exum has captured two individual holiday tournaments, the Hank Paris Tournament and the Bethpage Tournament, where he was honored with the Champion of Champions Award. Junior David Lapidus has achieved tournament placing and honored with the Glen Cove Tournament MVP Award. Sophomore Kevin Velasquez, who achieved All-County honors last year, has also been a tournament place winner this year. Along with Seniors Matt LoRusso, Anthony Panella, Jake Dimatos and freshman Andre Perez, also an All-County Wrestler, the Baymen are ready for a competitive season.
