A waitress at the Dave and Busters Restaurant on Old Country Road in Westbury was arrested on March 13 for allegedly using a skimming device to obtain credit card information from customers.
Police say 19-year-old Tressa Walker of Rosedale began stealing credit card information beginning on March 1, and would pass the information to 23-year-old Herve Denis of Elmont, 21-year-old Steven Jackson of St. Albans, and 22-year-old John Beasley of St. Albans.
Denis, Jackson and Beasley were arrested on March 14.
Walker, Denis and Jackson are charged with unlawful possession of a skimmer device. Jackson is additionally charged with grand larceny. Beasley is charged with four counts of possession of a forged instrument.
