Nassau County Police Department seeks assistance with details of a robbery that occurred on Sunday, June 29 at 12:34 p.m., at TD Bank, 372 Jericho Tpke. in Floral Park. According to police, a subject approached a teller and instructed the teller to fill a white plastic shopping bag with money. The teller placed an undisclosed amount of currency in the bag as instructed. The subject fled on foot east across the parking lot.
There were five employees and nine customers present in the bank at the time of the robbery. There were no injuries reported.
The subject is described as a white male, 20 to 30 years of age, approximately 6’0” tall, thin build, clean-shaven, wearing a tan baseball cap, cargo shorts, dark sneakers and sunglasses.
