Mr. and Mrs. Byron S. Peeples of Garden City are delighted to announce the engagement of their son, Timothy Everett, to Lauren Paige Schneider, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Schneider of Westhampton Beach, New York, and Jupiter, Florida.
Miss Schneider is a graduate of Manhasset High School. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Richmond and a Master of Arts degree in Elementary Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. She is currently employed as a Math Specialist at the Caedmon School in New York City.
Mr. Peeples is a graduate of Garden City High School. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Planning from Binghamton University. He is currently employed by Stan Deutsch Associates, New York City, in their sales division.
A May 2014 wedding is planned in Westhampton Beach, Long Island.
