A 31-year-old Queens woman was killed when she crashed her motorcycle and injured her passenger in Inwood over the weekend.

Nassau County police said Melisa Harris, of Far Rockaway, was riding a Suzuki motorcycle westbound on Sheridan Boulevard when she lost control and struck a utility pole at 2:50 a.m. Sunday.

The victim was taken to Jamaica Hospital, where she died shortly later.

Her 41-year-old female passenger suffered a concussion and was taken to a local hospital, where she is listed in stable condition while being treated for her injuries.

Fourth Squad detectives impounded the motorcycle and are continuing the investigation but found no apparent criminality.
